Dues & Donations

Current Annual Dues (April-April) = $25

1.) Pay Dues and Donate Online Via PayPal

Note: Tau Kappa Epsilon Rho Chapter Board of Control, Inc. is not a 501c3 non-profit at this time so donations are not tax-deductible.

Note: The first $25 of all donations to be applied to Annual Dues.

Pay online via PayPal by following these instructions:

1. Access the PayPal website by clicking on the logo below.


2. Enter you donation amount, adding $1.25 to cover PayPal service fees (for example; enter $51.25 when paying $25 annual dues + $25 donation + $1.25 PayPal fee). Enter total amount in text box text to "Rho TKE Alumni Association Dues".

3. Log in using your PayPal account. If you don't have a PayPal account create one.

4. After logging in, you may ear-mark donations by clicking on words "Add special instructions for seller" and entering the scholarship or fund to which your contribution should go.

5. Click "Pay" to submit, and receive and email confirmation from PayPal.

2.) Mail Check to Alumni Association

1.) Send a check payable to "Tau Kappa Epsilon Rho Chapter Board of Control, Inc." to the address of the Alumni Association Treasurer listed below:

NOTE: If you would like to contribute more then the annual dues amount or make a donation, please make sure to specify how you would like the money allocated (see list below) by filling in the Memo section of your check.

3.) Donate Directly to TKE Nationals

Note: TKE Educational Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit. Any donations to TKE Educational Foundation on behalf of Rho Chapter per the instructions below will be tax deductible.

1.) If you would like to make a donation directly to TKE Nationals on behalf of Rho Chapter mail a check to the following address:

Depending upon how you would like your funds to be used, make your checks payable per the box below:

2.) After donating directly to Nationals, email Gary Welch-Bass II, P.775 (wbasp775tke@msn.com) with the details so he can make sure donations were applied to Rho Chapter fund vs. the general TKE fund.

4.) United Way / Charitable Support Organizations

Note: There may be process fees associated with this method of donation. Matching programs, if offered, can offset any processing fees incurred.

1.) Your employer may participate with the United Way or other charitable support organizations via payroll deduction programs. Please contact your HR department / representative to see if your company offers such a program. Some companies have charitable donation matching programs as well. If offered by your company it's an easy way for Frater's double their donation to Rho Chapter. Use the "Make Check Payable To" fund names above when making donations through the United Way or other charitable support organizations.

Donations to the Rho Chapter Alumni Association, The Robert Butcher and Phil Tennant Memorial Scholarship Funds and the Housing Fund not only help to build pride within Rho Chapter but to support academic excellence and fulfill the promises we all made as actives many years ago.
